Justin Bieber moves out from Mansion to small Apartment

The Canadian singer and songwriter Justin Drew Bieber, had to downsize his rent by half according to mail online:

                 The singer has moved from a $60,000-a-month mansion to a measly $35,000-a-month hovel in Beverly Hills.

Just as 20-year-old was just getting used to his gargantuan glass palace, he's decided to downgrade to a more modest affair on San Circle.

Justin will have to manage into the 6,000sqft two-storey house, as it boasts just five bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and four fireplaces, with a mix of white terrazzo and Brazilian hardwood floors.

It comes equipped with a master suite with his and her closets, steam shower, hot tub and spa, home theater, office, 'chef's gourmet kitchen', a large grassy yard with beautiful pool and 'serenity fountain'.

The 10,236sqft lot also features stunning views of the surrounding canyon, and of Century City 

The house was previously bought in 2006 for $1.25million, but is now thought to be worth over $5million... however the popstar is only renting.
