Bill Cosby Will Face One Of His Alleged Victims- Lawyer Says

 Accused: Bill Cosby is accused of sexually molesting Judy Huth when she was 15 years old Accuser: The lawyer representing Judy Huth (pictured) said she was pleased a civil case would be pursued against the actor 
A date has been set by  Californian judge for disposition of the 78-year-old actor and comedian over claims made by Judy Huth that he molested her in the Playboy Mansion in 1974 by the end of the week, her lawyer Gloria Alfred.
Ms Alfred is representing 17 women who accuse Mr Cosby of sexually assaulting them, and said the first evidence will be heard no later than September 30 when he and Ms Huth are deposed as part of a civil suit.
