Steven Gerrard Revealed Why He Chose LA Galaxy, So He Would Never Have To Play Against His Beloved Liverpool

Steven Gerrard has revealed that he signed for LA Galaxy because he couldn’t face playing against Liverpool.
And Gerrard, who will make his debut in a friendly against Mexican outfit Club America on Saturday, said he didn’t want to end up as a bit-part player for the club he has been at since he was nine.
Speaking at a press conference in Los Angeles, Gerrard said: “I had options in the Premier League with other clubs and in Europe but I didn’t want to play against Liverpool.


I needed a new challenge, I didn’t want to be a sub or squad player for the club I love.
I love Liverpool, and I will miss them, I will miss my team mates and the club. But I will make sure that I will watch every live match from here because I will support them forever.
