President Buhari today Feb. 3rd commended ex president Goodluck Jonathan
for conceding defeat during the 2015 general elections.Buhari said this
while addressing a special session of the
European Union Parliament in France.
This was after he held a bilateral meeting with the President of the European Parliament, Martin Schulz..He said
